Position type: Certified Student Support Services / Social Worker. Location: Holly Area School District. The Position Qualified candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work with MDE temporary or full approval as a School Social Worker and demonstrate the following qualifications. Administer both standardized and informal assessments (observations, interviews, etc.). Coordinate and/or serve as a member of diagnostic teams and education planning and placement committees, and provide sociological assessments related to planning for children with adjustment problems. Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children suspected of being eligible as a student with an emotional impairment, otherwise health impairment, or autism. Ability to lead staff in completing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs). Lead staff in developing and implementing social, affective, and behavior interventions plans (BIPs). Ability to develop and implement positive behavior support systems. Assist staff and families with crisis needs and be an active member on the building's Key Identified Personnel (KIP) team.
