POSITION TITLE : Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) FTE : 1.0 POSITION LOCATION: To be determined (In-Person) SALARY: $19.93-$20.22/hour REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Executive Director of SISS Job Description The Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the school and community. The RBT will collect data on programs, report to parents, and assist the BCBA with assessment as needed. RBT's work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and building principal. Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct student service in classrooms settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements. Follow the behavior intervention plan. Collect, record, and interpret data on observable student behavior.
