Title: Lakeview Elementary Social Worker General Description: The goal of the Social Worker is to engage and support identified students in reaching academic and school success. The Social Worker will utilize a tiered system of intervention strategies while working with students, staff and parents/guardians to assist students. The Social Worker will provide assistance to identified students, individually and/or in groups regarding school work, behaviors, attendance, and other academic/social/emotional barriers that may interfere with school success.
