This role focuses on teaching fundamental skills, promoting physical conditioning, encouraging team unity, and instilling sportsmanship. The coach will develop training plans that address multiple events (sprints, and distance), while creating a positive and inclusive environment that supports the athletic and personal development of middle school students. Responsibilities: Design age-appropriate training sessions for various track & field events. Emphasize injury prevention, proper technique, and physical conditioning. Adjust training to accommodate different skill levels and abilities. Teach and reinforce proper mechanics for sprinting, and distance running.
