The Position The Success Facilitators is a leader who demonstrates a mastery of the holistic elements of academic success. The Success Facilitator specifically helps students who have unique challenges mitigating their academic and personal success. The Facilitator identifies barriers to academic success and assists students in creating and applying action plans for overcoming challenges. The Facilitator will create systems and relationships with students to maximize their potential by supporting them in gaining effective strategies and behaviors that can support their personal and academic lives. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University. Michigan Teacher Certification, preferred. Positive interpersonal skills. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Solid understanding of best practices for instructional strategies. Knowledge of formative and summative assessments. Knowledge of MTSS Framework.
