Position type: Substitute / Substitute Custodian. Location: Administration Building - Monroe County ISD. Date available: 09/03/2024. REPORTS TO: Supervisor Building, Grounds and Transportation AVAILABLE: Substitute, on call as needed, available immediately. Hours varied. Lunch break: duty free, non-paid or non-duty free, paid lunch break (30 minutes) as determined by assignment SALARY & BENEFITS: $18.00/hour, no benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist in maintaining seasonal ground work (snow, lawn, etc.). Assist in regulating heat, ventilation and air conditioning systems to provide temperatures appropriate to the season and to insure economical usage of fuel, water and electricity. Clean and preserve designated spaces, equipment, facilities in building(s). Assist visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within the building and on the grounds and in obtaining and setting up needed equipment. Deal with all emergency custodial duties throughout the buildings while on duty, including the Educational and Transition Center buildings.
