POSITION TITLE: Special Education Resource Teacher DEPARTMENT: Special Education REPORTS TO: Building Principal PAY SCHEDULE: As per REA Collective Bargaining Agreement and experience EFFECTIVE: Immediate Qualifications : Valid Michigan Special Education Certification with SLD Endorsement preferred (EI, ASD or CI endorsements would be considered) . Must meet the Elementary and Secondary Education/Every Student Succeeds Act. Two (2) years teaching experience preferred. Awareness of the physical, social, emotional and mental development of the learner. Proficient and knowledgeable in the subject area.
