The coach fosters skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic achievement while maintaining a safe and positive environment for all student-athletes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of the wrestling program, including practices, matches, tournaments, and team meetings. Teach proper wrestling techniques, conditioning, and strategy while ensuring safety and compliance with rules and regulations. Develop structured practice plans that focus on technical improvement, strength, agility, and mental toughness.
