Job Title: Soccer Head Coach (GIRLS) Reports To: Athletic Director Location: Southfield A&T High School Start Date/End Date: March 2027- May 2027 Salary: $4,200 Stipend per SEA/CBA paid at the end of the season based on the payment calendar. Job Summary: The Soccer Coach is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the soccer program while fostering a positive and competitive environment. This includes planning practices, coaching games, mentoring student-athletes, and promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. The coach will work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and athletic department leadership to ensure the program's success on and off the field. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and run effective soccer practices and training sessions. Teach fundamental and advanced soccer techniques, strategies, and game rules. Prepare the team for competitions and manage all aspects of game-day coaching. Promote academic success, character development, and personal growth among players.
