Job Title: Baseball Assistant Coach Reports To: Athletic Director Location: Southfield A&T High School Start Date/End Date: November 2026- March 2027 Salary: $2,700 Stipend per SEA/CBA paid at the end of the season based on the payment calendar. Job Summary: The Baseball Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Baseball Head Coach in developing, leading, and maintaining a competitive high school baseball program that aligns with the mission and goals of the school's athletic department. The coach will provide leadership that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development, and academic success among student-athletes. Key Responsibilities: Organize, plan, and oversee all aspects of the baseball program, including practices, games, and offseason conditioning. Teach proper baseball fundamentals, mechanics, and strategies appropriate to high school competition.
