MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional relationship with staff and district stakeholders. Cooperates with maintenance and facility staff to schedule activities and repairs. Assure that all custodial equipment is used properly, cared for stored, and maintained. If you have equipment that is not working properly it must be reported (submit a work order) Folding laundry and putting it away. If you have laundry that needs to be completed and has not been picked up you must contact Stevie. Responsible efficient and proper use of all custodial building supplies and equipment Must communicate with custodial supervisor daily. Responsible for assisting with custodial assignments as a result of normal scheduling, absenteeism, special activities, and projects.
