The ideal candidate should have a strong background in robotics, engineering, computer programming, and student mentorship. This individual will be responsible for developing and leading a competitive robotics program while providing students with hands-on learning experiences in STEM education. The position would include the following key responsibilities: Student Mentorship and Technical Guidance Lead hands-on instruction in mechanical design, electrical wiring, computer programming (CAD, Java, C++, Python), and robot operation. Promote teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and the principles of "Gracious Professionalism" established by organizations such as FIRST and VEX Robotics.
