Education and Qualifications Qualified candidates for the position of MTSS Coordinator & Coach: Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred. Five or more years of successful classroom teaching experience. Administrative certification preferred. Knowledge of MTSS Framework and Experience with creating MTSS systems. Experience leading school improvement and/or instructional coaching in a K-12 educational setting. Leadership Experience with managing projects and/or initiatives; creating and conducting professional learning activities. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of best practices for instructional strategies.
