POSITION TITLE: Middle School Football Coach DEPARTMENT: Romulus Middle School REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics PAY SCHEDULE: As per REA Collective Bargaining Agreement and experience (Paid through EduStaff) EFFECTIVE: 26-27 School Year Qualifications : Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate, preferred. Experience with School Football Programing. Must be available to perform coaching responsibilities, games and practices outside of your contractual day. (Daily contractual hours will not be modified to accommodate coaching schedule.) Football coaching experience preferred. Football knowledge and playing experience. Understanding of Michigan High School Athletic Association rules and regulations. Ability to communicate and work well with Middle School students. Ability to communicate and work well with parents, Booster Club and the community.
