Position type: Maintenance / Custodial / Custodian. Location: Page Middle School. Lamphere Schools is contracting the services of EDUStaff for Maintenance and Custodian- District Floater You will be required to have a district paid fingerprint criminal history check processed through the Michigan Department of State Police and FBI. Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, Mon-Friday 6:00am-2:30 pm, Some overtime expected. Wages: $19.10/hr - $24.13/hr DOQ BASIC FUNCTI ON: The Maintenance and Custodian is responsible for supporting the daily operation, cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of Page Middle School building and grounds. This position performs routine custodial, maintenance, and minor repair duties. The Maintenance and Custodian works closely with building administration and the Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation Department (MOT) to ensure the school is clean, safe, welcoming, and properly maintained for students, staff, families, and visitors.
