MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Master's degree in educational leadership, elementary or secondary education, or in a content area assessed on the state's assessment test (Literacy). Must possess a valid Michigan Permanent, Continuing, Provisional, or Professional Teaching Certificate in Literacy. A valid administrative certification is preferred. Experience in clinical supervision, or supervision of teachers is preferred. Strong curriculum and instructional background required. Working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards and College and Career Readiness Standards. Familiarity with educational research and assessment.
