Job Description Title: Lead School Age Childcare Provider (Kids Club) Report to: Early Childhood Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements: Candidates must meet one of the following qualification pathways under State of Michigan licensing guidelines: Pathway 1: Completed a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit at an accredited college or university, with at least 12 semester hours in Child Development, Child Psychology, or Early Childhood Education, AND have a minimum of 1,920 hours of documented experience working with children. Pathway 2: Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), AND a minimum of 480 hours of documented experience working with children. Pathway 3: Hold a current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, completed not less than 12 semester hours in Child Development, Child Psychology, or Early Childhood Education at an accredited college or university, AND a minimum of 480 hours of documented experience working with children.
