JOB DESCRIPTION -Kids' Zone Assistant Teacher LOCATION - TBD SALARY - Hourly starting at $15.15 per hour HOURS - M-F, 3:00-5:30 PM POSITION OBJECTIVE Under the direction of the Supervisor of Kids' Zone and the lead site teacher, the caregiver will be responsible for assisting the Kids' Zone site teacher in the general supervision and management of the program, as well as implementing the program's daily activities. The caregiver is responsible for assisting in the child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Must be 18 years of age. Meet the requirements set forth by the licensing agency. Documentation of a physical examination including a TB test is mandatory within 30 days of starting work, and thereafter, as required. I-Chat and Central Registry Clearance verification must be completed prior to start date. CPR and First Aid Certification is required within 60 days of start date and renewed every two years.
