Position type: Student Support Services / Para-Educator, Special Education Programs. Location: Dailey Elementary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Must have one of the following: Completed at least two (2) years of study at an institution of higher education; Obtained an Associate's degree; OR Met a rigorous standard of quality and can demonstrate, through a formal state or local academic assessment of knowledge, the ability to assist in instructing: Reading, writing, and mathematics, or Reading readiness, writing readiness and mathematics readiness. Creative person interested in working with children. Working knowledge of computer and word processing. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with staff, parents and students.
