POSITION OPEN: High School Varsity Wrestling Associate Head Coach START DATE - 2026-27 Winter Season LOCATION - Berkley High School COMPENSATION: Category IV Starting $3,256+ commensurate with experience QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated coaching, instructional, or competitive wrestling experience. Current CPR/AED certification. Completion of MHSAA Coaches Advancement Program (CAP) Level 1, or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire. MHSAA Weight Management Program / Optimal Performance Calculator (OPC) certification, or willingness to complete prior to first weigh-in. Current concussion awareness training in compliance with Michigan Public Act 342. Ability to pass a fingerprint-based criminal history background check (at applicant expense). Availability for the full season including preseason, daily practices, weekend tournaments, and MHSAA team and individual postseason.
