FULL-TIME GSRP LEAD TEACHER JOB GOAL: GSRP Lead Teachers are responsible for working as members of the team to provide a quality educational program for preschool children by planning, assessing, and instructing students. The position includes maintaining required records to ensure grant compliance and to meet licensing guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development. Current Michigan Teaching Certificate with ZA or ZS endorsement. POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as a team member to provide a quality educational preschool program. Plan, implement, and monitor curriculum and assessment. Establish parent involvement activities. Conduct home visits. Assist in all daily operations of the program. Work with individual and small groups of students. Support children's emotional and social development, encourage understanding of others, and positive self-concepts.
