ENGLISH LEARNER (EL) LIAISON POSITION SUMMARY The English Learner (EL) Liaison serves as a vital connection between the school district, multilingual students, families, and the community. This position supports English Learners' academic success, engagement, and well-being by facilitating communication, strengthening family partnerships, and connecting students and families with educational resources and support services. The EL Liaison collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to promote equitable access to educational opportunities, increase family involvement, and foster an inclusive and welcoming school environment. QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Arabic and English, including verbal and written communication, is required. Experience working in a K�12 educational setting preferred. Knowledge of English Learner programs, multilingual education, and culturally responsive practices preferred.
