The ideal candidate will foster an engaging, inclusive classroom environment where all students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and differentiate instruction aligned with Michigan K�12 Academic Standards. Assess student progress using formative and summative tools to guide instruction. Foster a positive, structured, and safe learning environment using multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS). Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and well-being. Collaborate with grade-level teams, special education staff, and school leadership.
