Job Responsibilities: Provide direct English Language Development (ELD) instruction to ELs in grades YK-5 in both designated ELD settings (pull-out, separate ESL classes) and integrated ELD settings (push-in, co-taught support). Collaborate with elementary content area teachers to support English Learners (ELs) within core classes. Utilize the WIDA ELD Standards Framework, 2020, to incorporate English Language Development standards. Contribute to grade-level data review meetings and Professional Learning Communities.
