GENERAL SUMMARY: The Lead Custodian directs the custodial staff members in the daily operations in order to maintain the facilities in a clean and orderly condition in accordance to the district's standards. This position will be responsible for personnel coaching, monitoring of supply and equipment usage, maintaining a safe work environment and performing special project work. Lead custodian will communicate daily with building administrators to ensure building needs are addressed properly. The Facilities Department will operate in a professional and customer service minded manner in accordance with district standards.
