Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate concession windows during sporting events and provide friendly, efficient customer service. Stock and restock food, beverages, supplies, and other concession products. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items. Perform light food preparation as needed. Handle cash and/or point-of-sale transactions accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary concession areas. Clean and close concession areas following events. Monitor inventory and communicate when products or supplies need to be replenished. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and district procedures. Work cooperatively with other concession staff.
