ASD Paraprofessionals – Center Classroom Keystone Learning Center 2026-27 School Year Position Overview :Oxford Community Schools is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support our new Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) center – Keystone Learning Center. The paraprofessional will work under the direction of the ASD classroom teacher and Director of Special Education Programs (or designee) to provide essential educational and behavioral support to students with ASD. An additional $2.00 per hour extra duty pay will be included as part of the compensation plan for these positions. Qualifications : Required: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder. Knowledge of or willingness to learn evidence-based practices for supporting students with ASD. Ability to maintain a calm, patient approach when working with challenging behaviors.
