POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under the direction of the Supervisor of Early Childhood and the lead teacher, the caregiver will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in the general supervision and management of the class, as well as implementing the teacher's classroom activities. The caregiver is responsible for assisting in the child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age. Meet the requirements set forth by the licensing agency. Documentation of a physical examination including a TB test is mandatory within 30 days of starting work, and thereafter, as required.
