The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized, and collaborative professional dedicated to supporting students who are blind, have low vision, or have functional visual limitations. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering independence, access, and meaningful participation for students ages 3�26 across educational and community environments through specialized instruction and consultation services. The successful candidate will assess students' orientation and mobility needs, develop recommendations, and provide services tailored to each student's individual goals, travel environments, and visual prognosis as part of the IEP and IFSP processes.
